“What Makes a Great Wildlife Photo? A Subjective Review” presented by Jerry Am Ende
This presentation will begin at 6:30pm
In this information presentation, Jerry will talk about those aspects of bird and wildlife photography that will result in outstanding images. The presentation will cover shooting in the field, planning the shot, composition and post processing.
Jerry am Ende is a Nature and Wildlife Photographer from Wilmington, Delaware. He is a retired DuPont chemical engineer. He was first introduced to photography as a High School Newspaper/ Yearbook photographer in the early 1960s. Photographic honors include:
Three time champion of the Conowingo Dam Eagle Contest
Two time “HighlyHonored” in the International Nature’s Best Windland Smith Rice Awards.
Two time Grand Champion of the Ward Museum of Wildfowl Art “Art-in-Nature” competition.
His images have been used by National Geographic, Audubon, Smithsonian Channel, Maryland Public Television, NASA and the Washington Post.
Published in Outdoor Photographer magazine.
Nine time winner of the Salon Open competition category of the Delaware Photographic Society.
Four time winner of the Morris James Award.
He has been a presenter at the Photographic Society of America (PSA) annual conference.
